(Mary Frances Kennedy) Fisher who in addition to being a part of this illustrious quartet the book is mainly about, was also a distinguished food writer (27 Books, including a translation of The Physiology of Taste by Brillat-Savarin.), the founder of the Napa Valley Wine Library, and who also recorded the entire experience in 1970.

The highlights of the tour include exactly what you might think it would seeing youâ??ll be touring Nice, Grasse, Aix en Provence, and Arles (Saint Paul de Vence, the Matisse Museum, Picasso Museum, and Fragonard perfume workshop); however, what makes this trip special among other highpoints is a visit to the farmerâ??s markets, bakeries, and charcuteries described in the book, including those where Julia Child once shopped.
