Overview

From the heart of rugged Patagonia to the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, this exclusive journey takes you to play 10 of the finest courses in the Americas. In between rounds, spend your nights in gorgeous hotels and resorts, dine like royalty on local and international cuisine, and travel in style aboard a private jet on this incredible 20-day tour.
The Best Of South America Golf Tour Orlando, Florida Day 1 Arrive in Orlando to begin your grand tour of the finest golf courses in the Americas in style. Enjoy a welcome dinner and a pleasant night’s rest before preparing to board our private jet for the Caribbean.

Barbados Days 2-3 Warm and inviting, Barbados is known for its stunning beaches, legendary hospitality and magnificent golf courses. Stay at Sandy Lane, the island’s premier luxury resort property, which offers golfers the opportunity to experience one of the most highly acclaimed courses in the Caribbean—the Tom Fazio-designed Green Monkey Course, exclusive to Sandy Lane guests. Carved from an old limestone rock quarry, Green Monkey offers a challenging level of play and immaculate conditioning, coupled with unforgettable views of lush, rolling hills and the ocean.

Lima or Cusco and Machu Picchu, Peru Days 4-5 Home to some of the world’s most impressive ancient ruins and a buzzing metropolis filled with great museums, art and food, Peru offers a multitude of natural wonders and cultural delights—and it’s our first stop in South America. Travelers can opt to visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Machu Picchu, or choose to remain in Lima and golf at the members-only Los Inkas Golf Club. Only one of four golf clubs in Peru, the course boasts pre-Inca ruins along several holes and is also inhabited by rare albino squirrels.

Santiago, Chile Days 6-8 Nestled in the central valley with expansive views of the Andes, the world-class city of Santiago bursts with artistic and cultural delights. Take in the city's noteworthy sights, including the main square, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Chilean Museum of Fine Arts, before tasting some of Chile's finest wines. Enjoy the diverse terrain of the high-desert Hacienda Chicureo Golf Club. Leading up into the foothills, the course demands a well-conceived strategy to set up the ideal line to the green.

Buenos Aires, Argentina and Carmelo, Uruguay Days 9-11 Cosmopolitan Buenos Aires embraces a thriving urban cultural scene while preserving a deep and fascinating connection to its history. European-style architecture and heritage give Buenos Aires the moniker the Paris of South America. Tour the posh neighborhood of Recoleta and its historic cemetery, enjoy a tango show—and golf at the Buenos Aires Golf Club, which hosted the World Golf Championship in 2000. Board a high-speed ferry from Buenos Aires to Uruguay to visit Colonia del Sacramento, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and experience the pristine landscape of the Carmelo Golf Club.

Bariloche, Argentina Days 12-14 Explore the breathtaking Lake District in the heart of Argentine Patagonia, and golf at Llao Llao Hotel & Resort Golf Club. The course, surrounded by the famous Nahuel Huapi National Park, offers 360-degree vistas of the majestic snow-capped Andes from every hole. Altitude and elevation changes will necessitate the use of every club in the bag. Fly to San Martin de Los Andes to play a second round at Chapelco Golf & Resort, Nicklaus Design's first course in Argentina, and experience incredible views from its vantage point in the Andes foothills.

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Days 15-17 In Rio de Janeiro, beaches, thick rainforest and towering granite mountains collide, creating one of the most outstanding urban landscapes on the planet. Stroll the streets and alleys of colonial Rio, marvel at the nearly 100-foot-tall Christ the Redeemer statue atop Corcovado Mountain and meet the local dancers in Samba City. Enjoy the opportunity to golf at two clubs: Rio's prestigious Gávea Golf and Country Club, and the Olympic Golf Course—built for the 2016 Summer Games.

Orlando, Florida Day 20 Return to the United States by private jet to the major air-travel hub of Orlando, where you can connect to your independent flight home.
