Accommodations

The property sits on 27 acres. Guests can enjoy private cottages that have both a front porch with rocking chairs and a secluded garden. Each cottage has indoor and outdoor showers, fireplaces and heated slate floors. Some cottages also have outdoor fire pits as well. For those that require even more space, some suites are connected together with a private deck for both to share. There are also private homes on the property that are around 2,400 square feet. This is a great alternative for large families or those with big parties that wish to stay together.

Dining

While you could go eat off property, you really don't have to as this resort has three restaurants. They each pair regional wines with dishes that are made out of local ingredients and use items from the on-site garden. The executive chef, Steven Tevere only tries to use ingredients that come within a 150 mile radius of the property. The restaurants at Carneros include:

-Boon Fly Cafe. This restaurant has a relaxed vibe and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. A favorite among diners are the donuts served during breakfast hours.

-Farm. This formal venue features handcrafted cocktails. For those that want to enjoy the outdoors, there is a patio with adequate seating space.

-Hilltop Dining Room. The floor to ceiling windows make this restaurant light and bright. Guests can choose to eat in the restaurant or order room service if they'd like to stay in their cottage, from the hours of 7am to 7pm.

For those looking for grab and go options there is the Market as well as Otto's Snack Shack. Both establishments offer things like salads, sandwiches and drinks.The Market even offers personalized picnic baskets for those that want to enjoy a picnic outdoors.

Amenities

Guests may never want to leave this resort because of the amenities. These include two pools, a large fitness center, onsite shopping and of course, services at the spa such as massages. After spending the day touring a winery, guests can come back and enjoy one of the onsite amenities to wind down and relax.
